Insurance Options

Options of payment
Cash - Form of payment will always be added to patient’s file but they are welcome to pay in cash as well.
FSA/HSA - Patients can use their FSA/HSA card as a primary form of payment with a regular card as a back up.
Superbill - In either case a super bill can be provided so the patient can submit it to their insurance for reimbursement.
*Please note that each insurance company and plan varies in chiropractic coverage. Patients are responsible for verifying that their insurance covers out-of-network chiropractic care and for understanding the details of that coverage.

- Personal training and strength building can and will be combined with services and should be billed accordingly.
Who can bill for what?
Only doctors can diagnose conditions and bill out scope of practice specific treatments.
Non-doctors can still treat patients via exercise, assisted manual therapies etc, but can not diagnose.
Things to note
Payment is expected on the date of your appointment.
Superbills can be sent to patients upon request and will be sent in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for your insurance coverage or lack thereof.
We will give each patient whatever resource or information that is at our disposal to ensure the best chance at reimbursement.
