The Forge Strength and Chiropractic Team
Founder: John Bellicitti
Dr John Bellicitti has been an athlete and adrenaline junky his entire life. BMX, mountain bikes, and dirt bikes have been a staple in his life since a very young age. He played competitive soccer for six years but ultimately quit to focus on more of what he loved. Throughout his riding career, he sustained a long list of injuries including numerous dislocations, sprains, strains, fractures, and separations. All of which eventually led to disability by the time he was twenty years old.
This sparked an adventure into healthcare which started with modern medicine, and eventually led to a chiropractor out of Los Gatos named Dr. Steven Davis, who had been a bodybuilder for the better part of thirty years. At the time, John had been the worst case Steve had seen in his career, and was willing to do everything in his power to help out. Eventually, John became a mentee and worked with Steve in the office and in the gym for nearly 8 years while going back to school to pursue Chiropractic as a career.
The goal was to treat others the way he wished he was treated when he needed help the most. Care that was centered around the entirety (fixing the root) of one's problem, and not just cracking joints. At this point in his career, John has been privileged enough to help hundreds of people that have had no luck with the standard model of care for musculoskeletal injuries.
John’s practice is beneficial to everyone from children to geriatrics, and lifelong sedentaires to professional athletes. For John, this has gone from a necessity, to a hobby, to a career.
