Mike Haumesser is an experienced strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years in the field. Throughout his career, he has been mentored by some of the most influential figures in the strength training world. Mike has directly programmed and trained Olympic athletes, NHL players, B-league basketball players, MLB athletes, and NFL players. Currently, he serves as a private strength coach for an NFL player.
Coach Mike holds certifications as a Level 2 Poliquin Coach, an FRC Mobility Specialist, and a USAW Level 1 Coach, bringing a comprehensive and specialized approach to his training methods.
Dr. John and Coach Mike have worked closely together for several years, combining their expertise to develop a powerful programming and training execution model. This collaboration has led to significant improvements in the performance of numerous professional athletes and competitive weightlifters, showcasing their ability to tailor training methods for optimal results.
Moxie Bodywork - Suzanne Dineson


Suzanne is a massage therapist/bodyworker with over 20 years experience in the sports therapy industry. Suzanne treats each body and each session differently as the body responds to various bodywork techniques. She specializes in chronic pain, sports injuries to improve daily physical functionality as well as preparing and repairing weekend warriors and professional athletes alike. Suzanne also has a Business Administration Degree from Cal State East Bay with an emphasis in Public Relations and Communication. Suzanne uses traditional massage modalities like trigger point therapy, myofascial, as well as manipulation using tools for gua sha (scraping), and fascia “blasting”. Whatever needs to be done to get your body moving forward towards your health and wellness goals. Suzanne will tailor your bodywork to get the maximum benefits in the least amount of time by valuing both your time and hers. Once she starts working with you, she becomes part of your Wellness Team and works cohesively with Dr John Bellicitti and all other professionals to achieve solutions to the pains and restrictions you are experiencing in your body.
